Starting June 20, the 2023 Summer Movie Express $2 movies are back at Regal Cinemas Bel Air! Every Tuesday and Wednesday they will offer 2 family-friendly movie options where tickets are just $2! UPDATE: Effective July 20, 2023 the Bel Air Regal Cinemas is closing. The Hunt Valley, Maryland location is the next closest Regal.
